Spring Time Yoga with Dean Marson

A gentle and mindful approach to Yoga-- we will practice simple Asanas along with somatic movement to mobilize joints, stretch and tone muscles and deepen the experience of the body/mind relationship.  Scientific research confirms that both mindful awareness & yoga reduce stress, boost the immune system, regulate emotions & mood and facilitate better sleep & overall well-being.
