Yoga: Balancing Mind and Body with Dean Marson
Yoga instructor Dean Marson is offering a new yoga series in Leavenworth.
This gentle yoga practice is for beginners and experienced yogis alike who want to explore a mindful approach to Yoga. We will practice traditional yoga asanas (postures) along with somatic movement as a way of deepening the experience of the body/mind relationship. Scientific research confirms that both mindful awareness & yoga reduce stress, boost the immune system, regulate emotions & mood and facilitate better sleep & overall well-being.
Cost is $75 for the six-week series or drop in for $15 per class.
