Yoga - Balancing Mind & Body with Dean Marson
Great news, yogis! Yoga instructor Dean Marson continues to teach in May and the beginning of June.
This gentle yoga practice is for beginners and experienced yogis alike who want to explore a mindful approach to Yoga. We will practice traditional yoga asanas (postures) along with somatic movement as a way of deepening the experience of the body/mind relationship. Scientific research confirms that both mindful awareness & yoga reduce stress, boost the immune system, regulate emotions & mood and facilitate better sleep & overall well-being.
